  • We do not target or knowingly process personal data of residents of the European Economic Area or United Kingdom.
  • The Service is intended exclusively for users 18 years and older.

  • Active Accounts: We retain data for as long as your subscription remains active.
  • Cancelled Accounts: Data is retained until you email a deletion request or as required for legal/financial records.
  • Backups: Encrypted backups are overwritten on a rolling 30-day cycle.

9. Your Privacy Rights

9.1 California (CCPA/CPRA)

California residents may:

  1. Request to know categories or specific pieces of personal information we hold.
  2. Request deletion of personal information (subject to exceptions).
  3. Request correction of inaccurate data.
  4. Request information about disclosures for business purposes.
  5. Opt-out of "sale" or "sharing" of personal information (we do not sell).

9.2 Nevada (NRS 603A)

Nevada residents may submit a verified request to opt out of future sales of covered information (we do not sell).

9.3 Canada (PIPEDA)

Canadian users have the right to access and correct personal information and to challenge our compliance. Contact Support@MySimpleLead.com and we will respond within 30 days.

10. Security

  • All data travels via HTTPS/TLS 1.2+
  • Encryption at rest for databases and backups
  • Role-based access controls and MFA for administrative accounts
  • Regular patching, vulnerability scanning, and least-privilege principles

No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure; therefore, we cannot guarantee absolute security.

11. International Transfers

All application servers and primary backups are located in the United States. We do not transfer personal data outside the U.S.

12. Children's Privacy

The Service is not directed to or intended for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If you believe a minor has provided data, contact us and we will delete it.

13. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes signifies acceptance.
